In this self-paced online course you will: 

    • See your children with new eyes, and develop (and implement) a connection plan for you and each of your children to strengthen your relationship.

    • Better understand your own emotional triggers so you can better predict when you might get mad, and how to return to calm. 

    • Explore what lies underneath YOUR child’s behaviour and what this behaviour is trying to tell you.

    • Better understand WHY your children, your partner, and you react to stress the way you do, that reduces the shame, blame and guilt you can feel about your families emotional reactions, and replaces it with compassion.

    • Learn how to practice being less critical of yourself and more compassionate.

    • Learn how to validate your children’s emotions, and guide their behaviour (what to say and how to say it).
