MODULE 1
Understanding Behaviour
Learning to see children with curiosity and without judgement, is one of the foundational steps in creating space to observe with the intention to understand.
In this module you will:
- develop an awareness of a child's underlying needs in order to understand the root cause of the behaviour that challenges you
- recognise two types of behaviour you need to be able to differentiate
- learn how a child's nervous system automatically responds to stress

Individual Differences

Developing Regulation
The skill of regulation comes with time, in the presence of an attuned caregiver. This Module explains what educators can do to start building fundamental regulation skills

MODULE 4
Guiding Child Behaviour

- Communication strategies that promote respectful problem solving.
- What to say in the moment when one child hurts/upsets another
- How to create firm and fair boundaries.
